Bullying can also cause depression, anxiety, headaches and problems adjusting to school. People that are bullies may be bullied themselves. So they feel like they need to take out all their anger on other people. The 6 types of bullying are physical bullying, verbal bullying, relational aggression, cyber bullying,  sexual bullying, and prejudicial bullying. Physical bullying is kicking, punching, etc…, verbal bullying is using words, relational bullying is sneaky and insidious, cyber bullying is using the internet, sexual bullying is talking about how the look, and prejudicial bullying is involving what religion they believe in, or what races they are. Some parents do not know that their kids are bullies themselves or they’re getting bullied. To prevent bullying we can tell an adult or family member so they can help you out. You can also be kind to the person that is bullied and help them understand that they aren’t alone. You can also tell them that you will always be there for them so they can talk to you about anything they want to. They don’t need to be afraid to tell you what is going on.
